Hi Ive been waiting for over 3 days for my number to port over from Telstra postpaid to Optus prepaid. I'v spoken to Optus via the Optus app and they said my D.O.B. doesn't match what Telstra has on file. Well I spent over 2 hours in Telstra store today and they have shown me they have the correct D.O.B. What do I do next?
