Help

What is the best way to talk to a person from Optus when you think you have been incorrectly billed? Is there a number? Or an email address?

For any billing related enquiries, you're best to reach out to our Live Chat team. You can also access Live Chat via The My Optus app.

 

If you're still having trouble, we can always help out from our end. You'll need to send us a private message with your account info. 

We need your full name, DOB and account number.
