Since having 2 mobile phone plans with floptus I have had endless problems.
I am unable to get my bill for the second phone sent by email plus I am unable to login in & see ant details online
This is despite several online chats & visits to the store.
I have been told that it is because my second phone is on the old system.
You would think that they would still be able to email me a bill every month but so far this has been beyond their capabilities
Has anybody else encountered this problem
Hi @ Dissappointed - That's definitely not good to hear and we're really sorry. Even if the two mobiles are in different systems you should be able to login and check your bills online and also receive your bills emailed. When trying to login, are you getting a password error or is it something else?
