I bought the Optus X Spirit handset 3 weeks before from woolworths and did recharge with $30 last week. But I have not received the code for claim the $50 gift card. Would you advise me what should I do in this case?

If you are a new customer, and you activated and recharged $30+ on your first recharge, then you should have received a message to redeem your voucher within the first 72 hours.
If you haven't, it would be best to reach out to Optus directly - I'd recommend jumping on live chat who can take a look for you. http://yesopt.us/chat2us
