Having trouble with my handset replacement which was damaged inside packed when opened my issue has been on going since I reported the issue within 24hrs of receiving my handset since 17th July 2019 called, chatted online no one seems to help I either get put on hold and consultant does not return or I get hang up on by the operator or even operator ending the chat line on me.
I thought the customers are ones who ends the chat. All I want is a Replacement Handset that ordered that is not damaged. My absouletly WORSE experince I have come to encounter with Optus been a loyal customer for so many years with multiple services with Optus and this is how they treat me disgusting
