Once the Google Home has been dispatched, you'll receive an email which will also include tracking number. The tracking number is not sent directly from Optus, therefore check your SPAM or JUNK folder (just in-case).
I'm having the same issue, except I have been waiting for 30 days as of today. I have been checking my email and junk mail and haven't seen anything pop up. Do I call Optus or Edge Loyalty? I'm worried my name has been forgotten. 😪
To be honest, a whole bunch of us went through this a few months ago, we all got ours in the end. I would wait a little longer, it will come through
I ordered a new service on 19-02-2019 Huawei Mate 20 Pro 24 month plan $69 per month. The order made through the optus flybuys landing page and the offer was 15,000 Flybuys points plus Google Home device. A optus sales rep contacted me on 20-02-2019 to confirmed the order and promised I will receive both points and Google home within 60 days from the ordered date. My service was activated on 6-03-2019.
Still, I haven't received the promised promotional offers. I contacted the Optus sales team on 24-04-2019 and I was given a contact number (edge) to contact but unfortunately, the number is not working. Could you please look in to my query and assist me to get the offers? your prompt help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
