Flybuys points - not received yet
Again received email for same offer and planning to get one SIM only plan for my parner
For those customers that been sent an email from Flybuys with a link directing them to the online landing page:
As long you’d redeemed the points + Google home by 11:59PM AEST on January 13, 2019 (post or pre-activation). You'll be fine.
The 60-day period doesn't kick in until the service becomes active.
Okay, the point of escalation for this one is said to be to Flybuys directly.
We've got contact number 13 11 16.
Have any of you guys given it a shot?
If Flybuys do refer your enquiry back to Optus, I can raise the issue with the campaign manager.
