Re: Galaxy watch 4g is available at telstra is it available on optus 4g???

Hey Dan, is it worth getting excited now? Surely you wouldn't have bothered messaging on this thread if Optus was not going to introduce support to Galaxy watch. Smiley Very Happy

One can only hope. I would have expected by end of this week as well - mind you Friday is not over just yet.

Certainly not holding my breath.  Getting to a point where I've almost made peace with BT only.

Let's assume it's coming for the sake of Friday - thoughts on pricing ? Free for 12 months, $5 per month addon?

Re: Galaxy watch 4g is available at telstra is it available on optus 4g???

Mee too i made (or pretended to make) peace with BT as i couldn't break the contract.  Everytime i go to the beach or pool though in this warm weather i remember that i could have stayed connected (calls, SMS, email, whatsapp..etc) without my phone.

This is what they offer for Apple watch4:

"Get 12 months of Optus Number Share for $0.

Get Optus Number Share for $0 for the first 12 months when you sign up for the first time before 31/03/2019. After 12 months you will be charged $5 per month if you do not deactivate Optus Number Share."

I can't imagine they will offer less for Samsung customers

I guess since they don't sell it, I dont see a freebie happening like the AW.

Might be good though, since they've been behind the ball (referring to all the issues in this thread) that they do some kind of goodwill gesture

Come on Dan, give us something! I feel this is just Optus misleading us again!

@i11icit He wouldn't have wrote that to mislead.  Also it is reasonable to not launch a new service before the long weekend in case something goes wrong and because of the natural increase in Customer Support calls when a new service launches.  Hopefully we hear something soon.
