I upgraded to an S9 3 days ago from an S7 and now I can't access my work VPN when I'm working off the mobile hotspot, is there a fix for this issue.

Hi Optus, j have the same phone and Im having the same issues. I have contacted Samsung and they have explained that this is something optus needs to enable. Are you able to help.
