I received my Galaxy Buds with my S10+ Ceramic, as part of the contract back in March of this year - however my contract doesn't mention the Galaxy Buds anywhere, and I need to make a claim for them with Travel Insurance.
Can I please have something from Optus in writing that they were included in my contract as a bonus?

For purchases made online or over the phone, we would have emailed the Proof of Purchase to you when you placed your order. If you've lost the email, contact us, and we'll email a copy to you.
