Someone stole my phone and when i go to Optus store to do the insurance claim, they told me i have to deactivate Find My iPhone and do it for me, and they even remove that device from my iCloud account? Is this right?
Now someone using my iCloud account to make FaceTime call (from my stolen phone i guess) and thanks, i cannot trace who they are because the phone was removed from my account.
Can you change the password on your icloud account, by using a PC?
Oh no @KanTakahashi. May I please confirm if you have requested your SIM to be barred or done a SIM swap? We can also bar the handset IMEI so that it can’t be used with any other SIM either. Please contact us here → http://yesopt.us/chat2us if you still need a hand.
