Feature currently unavailable. Please try again later

I've been currently trying to change my old prepaid plan on my phone (from one that was released 6 years ago) to a more current one. But every time I submit that I do indeed want that certain plan I get 'That feature is currently unavaliable. Please try again later".

Hey Mariah, that does happen sometimes if you're on one of the older Prepaid plans. We can change this for you on our end if you message us here.
