FOR DAN MODERATOR - REACTIVATING OLD MOBILE

Hi Dan, Optus Moderator,

On 12.12.2018 I posted in the Forum for help reactivating old mobile.  On 15.12.2018 at 2.58 pm you said on the Forum to email you certain details, full name, dob, mobile no and new sim no.  I emailed back on the same day or the next day with all the details you required, (by hitting the reply button to the email that came into my inbox saying that you had posed on the Forum).  I have heard nothing further.  Can you assist please with reactivating old number?  Perhaps you did not receive my email in reply to your email of 15.12.2018.
