You better stop *moderated* charging me $10 for excess data when mobile data is turned off. I dont give a *moderated* how long it takes to register on my phone you have no problem taking money straight away. Stop or i will cost optus alot more.
What sort of time gap between switching your data off and receiving the data alert message are we talking?
Is it within the 4-hour delay timeframe we quote, or do you find that you're receiving alerts a day or so after switching data off on your end?
