Ex-Virgin customer, additional GB bonus not showing up

I recently signed up to a new post-paid SIM. As an ex-Virgin customer, I am entitled to an additional 25gb data to be added to the plan, however this isn't being reflected in my account management page. Can Optus confirm that this additional data is added to my plan please?

Many bonus data offers don't appear until the second bill. Note no one here can view your account, you'll need to contact Optus directly.

Thanks Peter. Posted here out of frustration at not being able to reach Optus at the moment. Appreciate your advice though. Cheers
