Whenever I go to Change My Plan and use the Validate my service feature, it never works. Is this by design i.e. was this website created as part of Optus' insulation from customers policy? I would like to be able to change my plan via your website but I can never make it past the validation stage.
I have tried this on two mobile devices and one computer and the same error continues to prevent me from moving further.
I would very much like to chage to a cheaper mobile internet plan because, now that I have home internet, I no longer require any data on my mobile. I want the cheapest plan possible.

The Optus site won't let you conduct a transaction that allows its customers to save money. I am trying to switch from a $59 to a $39 plan. You can't do it on the site. It keeps looping you in circles. I expect to sit in a phone queue for an hour. Of course though, you can probably move to a pricier plan. But no help from Optus for customers who need to trim their expenses, especially during Covid 19. Appalling site. No help. Money grubbing!
Are you on a month to month plan? Have you tried a different browser, clearing your cache, etc?
