Hello. I'm trying to log in into my optus sport account but it kept saying that no user exists for that email address. I already activated the optus sport product on my account but haven't received any id or password. I also called to the support team on Monday they were suppose to link my account email to my optus sport account but nothing had been done and I not able to log on still....

We usually set up your subscription at point of sale. We'll use the contact email you'd have given us when signing up.
Have you tried the 'I can't login tab?'
-Login to https://sport.optus.com.au/
- Click I can't login
- Enter your primary contact email address i.e. Gmail.
- We'll send you an email with a password reset link.
