Last Saturday Nov 2 2019 I tried watching the soccer on my mobile on Optus sport. All I got was perfect sound but a still picture. Totally useless. Some weeks it works fine , and others it is hopeless. Anyone else have the same problem with watching Optus sport on mobile. I suppose you would need broadband which isn't practical for me.
Is it the same for our on-demand content? For example, are you coming across the same issue when watching a replay of the match?
There's a couple of things we need to know.
1) The make and model of your mobile device
2) The version number of the Optus Sport app you're running
It's also worth mentioning that you can log a case directly through the Optus Sport app.
