Double data re-connect issue

Hi,

I upgraded my phone and plan on the 5th of April this year and it was covered by a double data upgrade for 24 months. 

Ive called multiple times and I was reassured that my problem of NOT GETTING the double data was fixed. 

I’m 3 months into my new $65 my plan plus with the iPhone X and still no help, my account shows 5gb of data, I’m wanting to refuse paying for excess data usage seeing as I should be on 10gb to start with. 

Can some help or point me in the direction of someone who can actually help instead of not understanding a single word I’m trying to say to them, it’s pathetic.
