Does my new mobile need to be activated?


I have just recieved new handset and have original sim card, What do I need to do to activate?

Hi there jenped,

Are you an existing customer or a new customer?

If you already have a working SIM card just pop it into your new phone.

If it doesn't fit you can pick up a free replacement in the size needed at any Optus store.
