Sooo ... anyone still getting third party charges on their mobile accounts that they haven't asked for? I am up to over $500 worth now ... because my teen clicked on something ONCE (she actually texted 'GO AWAY!" haha) + now I am paying the price. Literally. Optus still expects me to pay my bills on time ... nice. I tried texting STOP months ago but clearly it made no difference. Anyway Optus has now dealt with this. Opted out for me. And I called Nearly Normal today who say they will credit next months bill. But it's Track Mobile that I can't find + Optus gave me no contact for. Any suggestions??
