Hi Optus. I would like to talk to someone, please. I do not agree with a recent charge/amount on my bill. I phoned 133937 and the options available kept leading me around in circles.

Has your problem been solved? I have the same problem with Optus. I made phone calls, went to the store and did online chat. None of them gave any solution but kept leading me in circles.
