What to do, Optus "customer service" offered me a discount of 10% if I would reconnect due to some issues I have had with Optus. Told me I could arrange this over the phone or I could go into any Optus store and arrange it there as he would put the notes on the system. With the Easter long weekend decided to go in store. Went to store and was advised there no not possible. Refused to look on the system. Is this true...??
