Disconnected prepaid service

i would like to get back my disconnected prepaid service back, how can i do it?

Hi there cktandennis,


It's not clear as to the reason why your service is disconnected and for how long it has been in this state?


Either way you would need to contact Optus directly to find out if it is possible.

i didn't recharge ontime so it get disconnected! I think over more than 6 months now! Any chance to get it back?

Oh it's been 6 months? Chances are it's been through the quarantine process and the number has been allocated to somebody else. 

Have you tried dialling the number? If you get an indication that someone doesn't have it yet it won't hurt to contact Optus to try your luck.

Tried to call still under disconnected message! Tried with optus customer service, negative response! Can u help?

We’re unable to look into account details on Yes Crowd.


It sounds like it is beyond the point of being able to be re-activated.
