Device return demand - but ive paid to not return it

I need to discuss with you the fact that I am being told to return my device as I have ceased my mobile plan with Optus. I agreed to pay out the lease (and have done so) and am now receiving daily emails saying I am required to return it or I will be billed the full amount again. There are no contact numbers or return email addresses to contact you. I can no longer use the app (as I have discontinued optus service) and the phone lines tell me that my phone call will not be answered (due to COVID issues).... but how can I get confidence you wont take my money (as the email messages are threatening to do??)

Same here, even they don’t send me any charges for keeping my set but still getting the email to give back the set.
Went to optus store they couldn’t help me . There is no one in optus to talk
