@Rhi96, it really depends on which stage the order is at.
If you've just signed up and you've been told that a device hasn't allocated. It usually means that the order has been sent to the warehouse in preparation for delivery.
Once a device has been allocated, we'll update your service details with the IMEI number of the handset.
I've checked our stock report and the device is in stock.
