I have been trying to activate my voicemail according to your instructions on the website calling 321 and it asks me to enter my mobile number and press#. When I do that it hangs up on me.

How do I activate my voicemail?

If you're having trouble setting up Voicemail using the online instructions it's best to speak with our online support team via the My Optus App. You can also send a message to our Social Media team on Facebook or Twitter, and they'll be able to assist as well.

I'm not sure what I can do I'm on contract but I have broken my phone
