Hey there,

 

Ok I understand you'd like to deactivate your sim.. As you're a random person with a empty post ect that in it's self will be very challenging.

 

If it's prepaid you could let it run its course beyond its expiry. Anything further on could supply a little more no personal info or contact Optus directly (best course).

Just wanted if I could postpone my bill for another 4 weeks as I have been off work ill for the last 3 weeks?

Hope you're feeling better @drooo! You can request more time to pay your bill via the My Optus app or My Account. For alternative options, I'd suggest speaking with our Financial Services team on 1300 308 839. You can read more about our Financial Hardship policy here.
