I need to recharge my data as I have run out but it says it will not accept my debit card who can I speak to about fixing this so I have access to the internet on my phone again, I have no wifi at home so I need this fixed urgently.
What's the error message? Normally, it's disabled after multiple unsuccessful attempts to recharge. It's a security feature that's used to prevent fraudulent recharges.
