I need to recharge my data as I have run  out but it says it will not accept my debit card who can I speak to about fixing this so I have access to the internet on my phone again, I have no wifi at home so I need this fixed urgently.

What's the error message? Normally, it's disabled after multiple unsuccessful attempts to recharge. It's a security feature that's used to prevent fraudulent recharges. 


If possible, I'd suggest contacting our customer care team on 133937. Ignore the first prompt and wait until you're given the option select your enquiry. There will be a bit of a wait, but if you hang on the line, we will get to your call.
