My phone has activated as it says Optus with 2 bars of signal on top left corner of my phone but my data is still not working? Why?

This may be the result of current system issues we're experiencing as they've been causing delays to activations. It sounds like it has only partially completed on your service. However best to get this double checked with our Tech Support team in case there is an issue.
