I have the optus app and checked data usage and noticed that SKYPE has used 10.7% but i dont use skype and dont even have the app installed on my phone. The other one is FASTLY which has used 1.7%. Fastly from what can gather is a cloud service. But i dont use any cloud service. How can i stop these things using my data if i dont have them on my phone?

Hey Dazthespaz - we're unable to detect which specific applications are using the data that will reflect the usage under SKYPE, but rather, which servers the data was received from. So essentially any apps on your phone that are hosted on Skype servers would be displayed as Skype usage in your data breakdown, this is the same case with Fastly.
