Data plan

I signed up for a 12gb plan and have only received 7gb. How to fix this because it's made me really frustrated that I'm paying $100 a month for 12gb and I'm only get 7??????

Is the 5Gb 'bonus data'?

 

This is usually applied manually after a while. You should get an SMS about it.

 

Its also possibly already applied, just not showing. Check when you get your 50% used warning SMS - if its at 6Gb then you know its applied.

 

Otherwise use LIVECHAT and just ask someone to check it.
