I have been on the $100 12GB Optus plan for quiet some time, recently i noticed that the data cap had been increased to 24GB. I had recieved no notification from Optus about this and now they are charging more for the same plan all without notifying me of anything. If anyone could provide me with some insight or directions that would help a lot.
EDIT: The issue is resolved, a family member had attached their account to my own
