Damage fee

Iv been told I will be charged a damage fee to a phone I returned which I believe is in good working order in which I have referred to your guide for a reference,I have tried to phone but due to the covid 19 crisis my call has been deemed not a priority which is fine,until I receive a response as to why my previous phone is damaged and the resonable price to repair if any,I feel the the un agreed amount on which you charge at your discretion for the amount that you decide is unfair and unjust.looking forward to your reply
