Hi there,


I have recently cancelled my Optus account. I have received an email saying that I have credit on my account - how do I claim that amount back? I don't have any other Optus services.

Hey Simon! 


If there's no other active services on that account,any credit that remins on the account after the final bill has been generated will be sent via refund cheque within 10 business days (or possibly your Credit Card if you use one to make payments). It will be sent to the address listed on the account, so if that hasn't been updated in a while, you should be able to change this via customer service.
