Hi, quick question for a representative. If we take up the offer to move our Virgin mobile accounts over to Optus, are Optus going to perform another credit check? If so, I'd dearly love to not take additional hits on our credit rating if possible.
If you do decide to make the switch to Optus, we will perform an external credit check.
We also take your Virgin payment history into account.
