Hi there, I am just wondering how it works. I currently am on a 24 month contract, which ends the 27th this month! So i'm wondering how it works to switch over to a new plan/phone. Do you let optus know a little before hand or on the 27th? this is my first contract so i'm unsure! Thanks!

More often than not Optus will let you update in the last month without penalty. So pick out a new phone and speak to Optus about updating. You can speak with sales on the live chat link below if you wish.
