Optus charged me about $200 for the Content Service which I absolutely have no idea what is this so-called service!
I called them and they told me we'll stop it!!
They said we will refund you.
But nothing refunded after two months!
What should I do?
Enter MIA Sphere into Search on this forum and follow the advice, most importantly to reduce your premium SMS spend to zero. You can either do this through My Account or online chat to Optus.
