Is there any possibility of contacting an Optus staffer within Australia ?
I have no intention of wsting my time with the filipino call centre, since those people have demonstrated onj numerous occasions that they don't have any semblance of comprehension of the Australian dialect of enclish. Furthermore, it appears they have little or no access to the systems needed to provide a meaningful response to my questions.
Its not a matter of visiting a store (stores don't anwer phone calls) which would entail a half day rount trip.
How can any comnpany hope to stay in business with such contempt for customers ?
That's the way they operate unfortunately and as far as I am aware there is no guaranteed method of speaking with Australian support staff.
I should say that I have always found the live chat to be more helpful however depending on your issue that may not be the best method.
