I need to know how to email or private message someone about a complaint with my bill.
I do not have ability to get into store and dont have the time to be on hold for 18 hours to speak to someone about it.
What a bloody nightmare it is to make contact with anyone in this company.
Please advise best way to communicate via email/message (not chat, I tried that so frustrating)
