Hi, i want to ask. Yesterday i bought a coles prepaid sim card (optus 4G plus) and did activate. I got an email that my number is on progress to activate at 5.26 pm and now it's already more than 24 hours but my number still not active yet. I still can't call out or send a message. I'm keeping my old number from catch optus. Does anyone know what happened? Thanks

i'm still can't use my number. Can't send a message or call, and can't browsing too. But i have my coverage bar full with 4G and Yes Optus written beside. It means my number active already or not?
