Taking too long to activate coles SIM card after ported out Optus. The customer service told your sim already activated from their system, but try to make call out, its said this card not yet activated.

It's not necessarily a port, but a "brand-change."
You're still running on the Optus Network. The activation can take up to 24 hours from the time it's processed.

Already eight days and the service still not yet active. Already gave up, back to Optus, hopefully my SIM card activated soon
