I had a question about insurance.
So basically, I have an S10 on my account and declined insurance. However, I will be adding another service for an S9+ in the next few days for a relative. If I add insurance on with the S9+, would I be able to make a claim for the S10 because I'd paying for Device Protect for another device or is it device specific?

It's device specific so you wouldn't be able to do that. What happened to your S10?
Adding insurance long after purchase doesn't really work.
Month 0: Buy phone
Month 3: Smash Phone
Month 4: Get insurance
Month 5: Claim for a new phone.
You could look into your house and contents insurance (if an option). I'm with GIO that offer a accidental damage option for anything broken away from home.
