Claim Bill Credit

Hi, I would like to know how I could get back the overpayment I have made in my last bill. I am no longer with Optus, but my account is in credit.

Just contact them, although that is not considered a priority for Optus at the moment, so if you can your should maybe wait a few weeks before reaching out.

Oh good luck! I have spent the last 2 days, in support 'chat' to get credit for an imaginary 3rd Fetch box, which was added to my account. I'm not making any progress. You are best to park this problem until well after Covid19 when dealing with these idiots is less time consuming. It won't be less painful however, you can still expect that.
