I’m tiring of chat line due to attempting to get a straight answers or an answer to a request.
I've lost count on having to repeat my request every time I attempt to get my request fulfilled. Unless one can type 3 million words per second it then becomes idle and you then lose connection only to have to start again 😱😱😱
I’ve had to go through 3 different people today and I still don’t have an answer. The only answer I did get was that my correct spelling of my name didn’t match, well Optus that wasn’t my doing!
Since everything else matches then why doesn’t this problem occur when my method of payment name doesn’t match your incorrect spelling of my name after all these years??? I can say that I’m probably the only original customer that has persevered with the company from day one.
Bring back the customer care service, when you could actually speak voice to voice and get results by not having to continuously repeat yourself and get nowhere in the process! Happy customers and feedback should be a welcoming thought! Just saying....
