Hi, looking for help on the forums because I can't get on to optus via either livechat or on the phone.
I just finished my postpaid contract and have a 365 prepaid sim I'd like to switch to while keeping my number. Can't seem to find a way to do this online, and livechat/ calling isn't working, does anyone know how else I can get in contact with Optus?
You should be able to do that but I doubt there would be any online method. Is the chat coming up blank or busy? You could try calling sales on 1800 780 219.
