I transferred my number to Optus on the 17/09/2018 and the number is currently active.
i want to change ownership of the number to my brother but everytime I populate the online form I get an error stating my details don’t match , they are one hundred percent correct.
online chat hasn’t been match help

Does your brother need to have your old number? If not then just buy a new prepaid SIM and you're set.
Otherwise contact LIVECHAT or pop into an Optus store to find out what needs fixing on the forms.
