Change of ownership

Tried to do a change of ownership for a week now but no one could help me!  Has anyone encounter this issue with Optus and was it resolved?

Re: Change of ownership

It says within 10 business days on their website so it may be a 2 week wait.

Re: Change of ownership

What was problem other than having to wait for the transfer process to complete?

Re: Change of ownership

They did mentioned on the phone that it would take up to 24hours not 10 days! I did try to do a change of ownership earlier this year but it was unsuccessful as well

Re: Change of ownership

I understand you have been unsuccessful and on both occasions have you been given a reason why your transfer request has failed?

Re: Change of ownership

Is it possible the new owner might fail a credit check?

Re: Change of ownership

Not ruling out that the back-office team could be running behind but that is usually the reason Peter, or information is missing/incomplete on the paperwork.
