Shave been trying to change my prepaid plan through 9999 but is keeps saying "Sorry we are unable to retrieve the information you requested. For more self-service options please reply "menu"." I'm trying to change my plan from my My Prepaid Daily Plus to Optus Epic Data prepaid plan but it won't let me. I am an exciting Optus prepaid customer.

Personal → Mobile → General & Billing.
Remember, you'll want to ensure that you've used your existing prepaid credit before switching plans. Your credit will not transfer across to your new prepaid plan.
