Cannot use My Account - redirected to "YOUR BUSINESS REQUIRES VERIFICATION"

We have an issue with our account.  When I login, the browser hangs and then eventually redirects me to the My Account / My Profile page to a notice half way down that:

YOUR BUSINESS REQUIRES VERIFICATION

As a part of keeping our data up to date, we need you to verify your business details. Please click on the verify link to get data back from business partner

VERIFY
 
When I click on this Verify Button, a Popup window opens that says in large font:
Profile
There is nothing else in this popup and nothing for me to action.  
 
I cannot use the My Account page, it is completely useless.
 
More importantly, i have now found via the My Optus App that our account is 2 months overdue, even though we have a standing Direct Debit Authority and associated charges on our Credit Card.  I cannot get through to anyone at Optus and have left nuperous messages without reply.
 
PLEASE HELP.  If my account is disabled I will lodge a complaint with the TIO and then take Legal Action for loss of business.

Hi Tech-Division,

We're unable to assist here on this public forum as we don't have access to customer accounts.

What area have you left messages with?

As a Business customer, we should be able to chat with the right Business Specialist to help resolve this.

Thanks for the reply. I do not have a contact number for the business team and I do not have the patience to do this all over again via chat.
Can you please provide a contact number for the business call centre which is not restricted due to the Covid-19 virus?

It depends what type of business account you have George which we have no way of knowing here.

The phone number is on the link I provided. 1-150 employees is 133 343. 150+ is 134315
